An extraordinary early 1950s French writing table is hand-crafted out of solid wood in great condition and has been completely restored by our professional craftsmen team. This lovely desk features an elegant ebonized color stain with a newly lacquered finish and is accentuated with gilt accents and molding details throughout the piece. The piece also has four dovetailed drawers with brass knobs beautifully cleaned and polished that open with ease and is supported by four hand-carved tapered legs with gilt details. This vintage Louis XVI desk is ready to be displayed and used in any home or office space for many years to come.
