This 19th-century marquetry Secretaire is in good condition and is covered in a marquetry design throughout the piece. The drop-top desk features four drawers covered with floral inlay design, each side has two birds perched on a floral bouquet on a human-shaped pedestal base, and the center drop-top has a unique floral outer border with a detailed vase with fruits in the center. The top of the drop-top desk has a blue fabric writing surface, an interior of seven small drawers, a small butterfly wall, and a shelf above. This antique inlaid drop-top desk is elegant, sturdy, and ready to be used for years to come.
